Observation

Large cubby in living room space was observed to be unstable and a tipping hazard. Items on mounted shelf in dining room area are observed to be heavy and anchored making this a falling object hazard. Licensed areas and bathroom space need tamper-resistant outlets. Outdoor infant toy made out of wood was observed to be broken and in poor conidition. Outlet next to sink space in bathroom is not GFCI.
